  • Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • A full, uncut opening video is required for return approval.
  • Customized and final sale items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • We will provide return instructions.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 15 days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (shipping fees non-refundable).
